Local delivery

We offer free courier delivery in Singapore within 3-5 working days. For complimentary alterations, delivery may take up to 2 weeks within Singapore.

International delivery

We ship globally for a flat rate of 25 SGD. Due to current disruptions, international shipping may take up to 30 days. Delivery time will be confirmed upon order.

Returns

1. Pls email us at info@subyhand.com within 7 days of receiving the order should you wish to return any item.
2. We accept returns that reach us in new, unworn condition within 30 days from the date of order delivery.
3. Upon receipt of the item in traceable delivery mode, we will issue a Credit Voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item.
4. The cost of delivery for returns is borne by the customer. Should it be exchanged for a new piece, we will send the exchanged item free of charge locally within Singapore. Delivery for overseas exchanges is chargeable at a flat rate of 25 SGD.
5. Make-to-order items are non-returnable. We will confirm the final print/dye effect with pictures prior to making the garment.
6. Delivery fees for overseas orders will not be refunded.
